Having over 15 years of international experience at the intersection of law, business, and innovation, Ifedayo delivers scalable legal solutions to assist multinational organizations navigate complex transactions and high-stakes environments. She provides high-impact solutions for global markets, using a forward-thinking, solutions-driven approach, which combines legal expertise with business insight and an innovation mindset.

Ifedayo has held senior positions across legal and operations, consistently operating at the intersection of law, business, and policy. She brings a rare combination of legal expertise, executive leadership, and commercial insight, having led legal strategy across more than 30 Sub-Saharan African markets within The Coca-Cola Company system. Prior to this, Ifedayo played a key role in transforming legal and governance structures at CHI Limited, a key FMCG player in juice and dairy in Nigeria, following its acquisition. In her role, Ifedayo strengthened the company’s risk management frameworks, reduced its litigation exposure, and led high-value commercial negotiations.

Earlier in her career at Perchstone & Graeys, she led practice development and advised clients from different industries and jurisdictions, across corporate, commercial, employment, and company secretarial matters. Ifedayo’s work has spanned cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, and stakeholder alignment in highly regulated and rapidly evolving environments.

Ifedayo is recognized for aligning legal frameworks with business objectives to enable sustainable growth and institutional transformation. Her career reflects a consistent ability to navigate complexity, lead transformation, and deliver strategic outcomes across multinational and multi-jurisdictional landscapes.

Ifedayo holds an LL.M from University of Lagos and an MBA from Marymount California University. She is called to the Nigerian Bar, and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). She has also contributed to global publications including the World Bank projects and other international legal publications and platforms such as The Employment Law Review, Mondaq, and Global Edge.
