Ifedayo Iroche is a Student-at-Law with more than 15 years of international experience spanning corporate and commercial law, business strategy, governance, legal operations and regulatory matters.

Before joining KedgeAnchor Law, Ifedayo held senior legal and operational roles in multinational and corporate environments. Her experience includes legal strategy across more than 30 Sub-Saharan African markets within The Coca-Cola Company system, as well as corporate transformation, governance, commercial negotiations and risk management.

Earlier in her career, Ifedayo advised clients across corporate and commercial law, employment matters, regulatory compliance, company secretarial work, restructuring and cross-border transactions.

Her background combines legal analysis with executive and commercial insight, giving her a strong appreciation of the operational and strategic considerations behind complex business decisions.

At KedgeAnchor Law, Ifedayo supports lawyers with research, drafting, file preparation and substantive legal work under supervision while continuing her pathway toward Canadian legal practice.

Ifedayo holds an LL.M. from the University of Lagos and an MBA from Marymount California University. She is called to the Nigerian Bar and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
