John Segura serves as Executive Operations Assistant to the Principal at KedgeAnchor Law, supporting the coordination of the firm’s operations, administrative systems and strategic initiatives.

Working closely with the Principal, John helps maintain the internal processes and operational infrastructure that enable the legal and client-service teams to work effectively. His role encompasses executive support, administrative coordination, documentation and implementation of firm initiatives.

John brings a systems-oriented, adaptable and solutions-focused approach to his work and has developed significant institutional knowledge of KedgeAnchor’s operations.

As part of KedgeAnchor’s geographically and culturally diverse team, he also contributes multilingual capability and an international perspective to the firm.
